Our personal fitness trainer Gary Sellors is a YMCA Personal Trainer and is involved in GP Exercise Referrals. He therefore works with people with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, mobility problems, hypertension, diabetes, weight problems, multiple sclerosis, cancer and M.E as well as pulmonary conditions such as asthma.
