Yoga sessions are offered one a one-to-one basis. Each Yoga session is made to meet your needs consisting of asanas (control of the body), pranayamas (control of the breath), meditation (control of the mind) and Yoga philosophy and lifestyle advice. Some people find it difficult to learn in a big class or have health issues which prevent them from taking part. If you prefer to practice Yoga which is specifically tailored to your individual needs, try a one-to –one session. Each session will include Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
- Stretch : Lengthen tight muscles and increase body awareness.
- Breathe : Deep breathing relaxes the heart, helps asthma and purifies the nervous system.
- Relax : Discover a feeling of deep peace inside you which will help you to cope with stress.
